Flor is approximately two years old, medium in size and 25 kgs in weight. She was abandoned and left tied up to the entrance of a sky train station. She was rescued by HELP and we have seen her transition into the incredible dog that she is. Flor is a very happy dog! She is extremely sweet and loves to play with other dogs - especially puppies!
