Meet Sofia — A True Survivor, and Now a Shining Light Ready for a New Beginning 🐾💗

With a heart full of love and eyes full of trust, this is Sofia — a calm, gentle, and incredibly sweet soul whose story breaks hearts but ends in hope.

Sofia came to us after one of the most heartbreaking rescues we’ve ever experienced. In her search for food, she was cruelly attacked — someone buried a knife in her eye simply because she was scavenging near a garbage bin. 💔

She was rushed immediately to an emergency vet, received first aid, and underwent surgery the next day. Sadly, she lost one of her eyes, but what she didn’t lose was her spirit — her ability to love, forgive, and bring light to those around her.

After her recovery and rehabilitation, Sofia blossomed into the most loving and well-mannered dog you can imagine. Her past is now behind her — a distant nightmare — and she’s ready to begin a new chapter.

Sofia is about 14 kilos, medium-sized, and perfect in every way. She’s amazing with other dogs, cats, children, and absolutely adores every person she meets. She enjoys a good play with her ball and equally loves relaxing by your side — the perfect balance of playful and peaceful. A true little lady. 💕
